Bonusprint uses the Fotowire technology and server
network to transfer and store your order data. Bonusprint and
Fotowire are committed to upholding your privacy. Please read
the following text to understand how we gather and use the information
you submit during the ordering process. |

What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers treatment of personally identifiable
information that Bonusprint collects when you submit your images
using the Fotowire network for processing by Bonusprint. This
policy also covers Fotowire's treatment of any personally identifiable
information that is temporarily stored on Fotowire's servers
until Bonusprint collects this information for the purposes
of processing your order and returning the photos to you. |

Information Collection and Use
To submit your print orders, you are required to complete a
registration form. This information is sent to Bonusprint via
Fotowire servers.
All registration information you provide is secure and submitted
encrypted over the Internet.
When you first place an order with Bonusprint, you will be asked
for your name, e-mail address, street address, postcode, country
of residence and optionally for your phone and/or fax number.
You are also prompted to enter a password.
To avoid entering your personally identifiable information every
time you submit an order, you will be able to recall your data
by entering your e-mail and password. Bonusprint uses this information
solely to fulfill the submitted orders and for billing purposes.
If Bonusprint has any trouble processing your order, the information
you entered will be used to contact you.
If you accept, Bonusprint can also use the information to contact
you about specials and new products.
Depending on your choice of payment method, you may also need
to enter credit card information. This information will only
be used for processing your order. Payment will only be deducted
once the order is completely placed and collected by Bonusprint
for processing.
Fotowire also automatically receives and records information
on its server logs from your browser including your IP address,
and the date and time of your access. The order details and
the images you submit for printing are stored on the servers
until Bonusprint collects your order for processing.
Fotowire uses this information for statistical demographic purposes
only. Fotowire does not access or use the personally identifiable
information and only treats the data in an anonymous manner.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Neither Fotowire nor Bonusprint will sell or rent your personally
identifiable information to anyone.
Fotowire will only allow your personally identifiable information
to be collected by Bonusprint when you have placed an order
with Bonusprint.
Although Fotowire and Bonusprint make every effort to preserve
your privacy, either Fotowire or Bonusprint may be required
to disclose personal information by law where we have a good-faith
belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current
judicial proceeding, a court order or a legal process. |

Cookies
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser. They are not used to extract personal or private information from your computer.
Bonusprint may process third party cookies from affiliated companies to measure the effectiveness of its marketing campaigns.
All cookies used by Bonusprint do not contain any information capable of personally identifying individual users.
The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some of Bonusprint's features, and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

Modifying and/or Deleting Your Personal Information
You can edit or delete your personal information at any time
simply by sending an e-mail to care@bonusprint.com. To confirm your identity, you will need to include your name, e-mail address,
postcode and country of residence in the e-mail message. |

Security
Your personal information is password-protected for your privacy
and security.
This service uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect
data transmissions which is the best encryption software in
the industry.
Your personal information is protected both on-line and off-line.
When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card
number), that information is encrypted and is protected with
SSL, before transmission over the Internet.
All personal information and image files that are submitted
for processing are restricted in the offices of Bonusprint.
Only employees who need to access the information and/or data
to perform a specific job (such as invoicing, customer service,
order processing) are granted access to personally identifiable
information.
In addition, the Fotowire servers through which the information
transits on the way to Bonusprint are in a secure environment,
in a guarded industry-standard hosting centre in a locked facility.

Bonusprint and/or Fotowire may edit this policy from time to
time. Any substantial change will be notified by posting a prominent
announcement on our pages. |
